We only provide this service to Taylor-Made vacation homes.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

What should I expect when I arrive at my vacation home?

Your vacation begins the moment you walk through the door! Destination Grocers will have your cold items stocked in your refrigerator and other items on counter tops upon arrival. Your order will be delivered by 4:00 pm on your arrival date, barring complications with prior tenant departure or cleaning schedule conflict or weather.

Can I order additional items?

Currently we are only providing grocery delivery on the day of your arrival however if you forgot something in your order you can log back into your account and add additional items up to 2 days before your arrival date for a $3.00 fee.

Do you offer alcohol delivery?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer alcohol delivery. In order for us to do this we must obtain a liquor license and you must be present for the delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 10 days prior to your arrival without incurring a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel the reservation just send us a message and we will cancel out your reservation. If you need to cancel once your order is submitted you must call us and speak to someone to cancel. You will still be responsible for the delivery charge if you cancel. If we have already purchased your groceries, you will be responsible for the delivery charge plus the cost of your groceries. We are not responsible for delays in your travel plans including weather or mechanical issues to your vehicle therefore you are still responsible for the delivery charge and/or cost of groceries under these circumstances.

There is a problem with my groceries. What should I do?

Destination Grocers will treat all customer complaints seriously. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the quality and freshness of the goods as well as with our service. If you feel that something does not live up to your standards, please contact us immediately so that we can make things right.
